Testosterone: is an Anabolic steroids hormones secreted by the leydig cells of the testes. Testosterone is formed from cholesterol in amount ranging from 2 to 10mg/day. 3. Semen: also know as seminal fluid,is an organic fluid that contains spermatozoa. It is secreted by the gonads and other sexual organs of male or hermaphroditia animals and can fertilize the female ovum. 4. Male infertility: refers to a male inability to cause pregnancy in a fertile female.in human it account for 40 to 50% of infertility is commonly due to deficiencies in the semen, and semen quality is used as a surrogate measure of male fecundity. 5. Male orgasm : refers to peak of sexual pressure. It causes a number of physiological reaction in the male body, including rhytmic contractions of the muscles of the penis and an increase in heart rate, blood pressure and respiration. Ejaculation often occur in conjunction with orgasm, but not always.
