The bones form the anterior and lower regions of the skull and includes the mandible which attaches through the only true motile joint found in the skull. The facial skeleton contains the vomer, two nasal conchae, two nasal bones, two maxilla, the mandibles, two palative bones, two zygomatic bones and two lacrimal bones, while the Neurocranium is a protective shell surrounding the brain and stem, It forms the cranial cavity that surrounds and protects the brain and brain stem. The neurocranium is formed from the occipital bones, two temporal bones, two parietal bones, the sphenoid, ethmoid and frontal bones. 2. Femoral triangle is a special area of the thigh. Discuss. Answer- The femoral triangle which is also known as the scarpa's triangle is an anatomical region of the upper third thigh . It is a sub fasciae space which appears as a triangle depression below the iniguinal ligament when the thigh is flexed, abducted and laterally rotated. It is a hollow area in the anterior thigh and many neurovascular structures pass through this area and thus can be accessed easily. It is an area which has both an anatomical and clinical importance, it is very important because a number of vital structures pass through it right under the skin. It contains the Femoral nerve and it's terminal branches, Femoral sheath and it's content, Femoral artery and several of its branches, Femoral vein and it's proximal tributaries e.t.c 3. Gluteus Maximus- It acts on the hip to decelerate the forward motion of the limb Quadriceps femoris- It keeps the thigh flexed at the hip and the leg extended at the knee Tibialis anterior- It originates from the lateral surface of the tibia, It is responsible for dorsiflexion and inversion of the foot. Extensor Digitorum Longus- It lies lateral and deep to the Tibialis anterior, It extends the lateral four toes and dorsiflexes the foot. Extensor Hallucis Longus- It is located deep to the Extensor Digitorum Longus and Tibialis Anterior. It originates from the medial surface of the fibular shaft. The tendon crosses anterior to the ankle joint and attaches to the base. Fibularis Tertius- It arises from the most inferior part of the Extensor Digitorum Longus. It originates from the medial surface of the fibula. 4. Immediately the corona virus enters into the body it begins to infect the epithelial lining of the lungs. It enters into the cells through a host cell's receptors and it begins to multiply until it kills the cell. It first behind with the upper respiratory tract which includes the nose, mouth, larynx and bronchi and causes symptoms such as dry cough, shortness of breath, fever and headache e.t.c. It then gets worse when it makes it way into the lower respiratory tract this is because in the upper respiratory tract the immune system is able to contain the virus. In the lower respiratory tract it starts with the windpipe and it targets the lungs and once it reaches the lungs it bring about problems like pneumonia and bronchitis( A thin layer of the alveolar cells is damaged when pneumonia starts), the immune system tries to fight the virus and this further leads to a reaction where the linings become thicker and as they thicken they begin to trap and choke the little air pocket which is what is needed to take oxygen to the blood, If a vast part of the lung gets damaged not enough oxygen would be supplied to the body and this can lead to death or failure of organs.
